CONDIZIONI GENERALI
PER LE LOCAZIONI TURISTICHE

  1. The owner company rent tourist accommodations in Isola Verde City of Chioggia, via delle Nazioni Unite n. 126/a/b/c, furnished of kitchen and bathroom independent, full equipped as described in the list hanging on the wall of each apartment. Each apartment is rented included of 1 (one) parking unguarded.
  2. Is excluded from the owner company the provision of food and drinks, surveillance service and cleaning service all the long time of the stay in. The tenant agrees to return the leased property clean and full equipped in the same conditions in which it was received. (save other agreement written deed by way)
  3. The check in is after the 12.00 (maximum a the 20.00) and the check out and return to apartment must be by the 10.00. Different time are can changed only by proved by way.
  4. This is a tourist rental then the period is inferior of thirty days, so the agreement will automatically terminate at the deadline agreed, without the need for any cancellation. Eventual return of apartment before the deadline agree, without the owner company’s fault, not by right to refund of the partial or total payment. The lessor will can withdraw early from agreement only in case of damage of building and/or damage of furniture and in case of behaviors contrary to the building’s rules (available in the apartment) and the rules of civil cohabitation with the other tenant (please be quiet from the 23.00 to 8.00 and from the 13.30 to 15.00)
  5. The tenant may not sublease or loan in whole or in part the building unit, otherwise this will result in the termination of this agreement by law.
  6. Any change to this agreement can only take place, and can only be proved by way of a written deed.
  7. Any dispute shall be subject to the Court of Venice.
  8. For any questions and anything not expressly regulated please refer to the provisions of the code relating to rental.
  9. The lessor and the tenant shall allow each other to disclose to any third parties their personal data in connection with their obligations under this rental relationship (Leg. Dec. no. 196 of 30/6/2006).
